Gargir Financial Services provides its clients with a comprehensive suite of accounting and tax-related services. Our key capabilities include:

• Tax Preparation: We prepare and process federal, state, and multi-state tax returns for Individuals and Businesses, including Corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships. We also prepare tax returns for estates, trusts, and non-profit entities.
• Tax Planning: We stay on top of developments in tax law to ensure that our clients are taking advantage of beneficial tax structures and deductions. We devise tax mitigation strategies that help to ensure our clients’ financial futures.
• Business Management: We handle all things finance-related for small businesses and high net worth individuals that prefer to outsource their money management to a trusted partner. This includes bookkeeping, billing (AP/AR), budgeting, and the production of financial statements and financial projections. We also produce both short and long-term business plans, and are focused on the strategic implementation of these initiatives.
• Financial Consulting: GFS offers consulting services to clients in need of outsourced accounting talent, and provides executive-level accounting services to clients on a contract basis. This may include serving as an outside financial manager, or consulting in a CAO or CFO-like capacity. Capabilities include: Producing client books, performing quality assurance and high-level accounting analyses, as well as ensuring compliance with GAAP and relevant federal and state government agencies.
• Assurance Services: GFS is proficient in conducting financial statement audits, compilations, and reviews for privately held businesses, and is seasoned at producing GAAP and GAAS-compliant financial statements.
   
  Our Audit philosophy is based on integrity, objectivity, and strict adherence to professional standards, regulations, and laws. We employ analytical procedures and our knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and auditing standards (GAAS) to provide some level of assurance regarding the financial statements of healthcare companies, 401k plans, and other corporate entities.
